JUDGMENT RECOVERY AND REPOSYSTEMS (RSN) RELEASE LPR NETWORK

Tonasket, Washington , December 29TH., 2011 – Judgment Recovery(JRC) a leading service provider for the collateral recovery of rental car institutions and RepoSystems Com Inc., a leading provider of recovery industry management software and license-plate recognition (LPR) technology for the repossession and recovery industry, today announced a joint venture to process rental car LPR asset recoveries.

The RSN camera system comes equipped with an LPR system consisting of 2, 3 or 4 cameras that can be magnetically mounted to an JRC agent or spotters' vehicle.  Images of license plates are captured, whereby they are subsequently processed by a series of algorithms that are able to provide alpha numeric text entries of the captured plates into the JRC recovery database.

The LPR technology promises faster vehicle recoveries and a more productive experience.  JRC agents will also be able to search historical plate scans for new matches that may be scanned by other RSN members as well as JRC agents allowing the ability to locate the units more effectively based upon traveling patterns of the asset.

JRC agents will have an entire turnkey package that consists of weatherproof day or night cameras, a Toolbox that comes equipped with a computer and the next generation LPR software. The cameras are small and virtually unnoticeable to a passing vehicle, or pedestrian, minimizing unwanted attention. The system is extremely mobile, allowing JRC operators the ability to rapidly deploy equipment from one vehicle to another in a matter of minutes.

JRC is working with a number of institutions to include their rental car repossession lists in its database with a full queue of orders waiting to be found.
