Judgement Recovery Company trains all of its field agents to respect the many laws governing self-help repossession. Training includes the Certified Asset Recovery Course (CARS) and tow truck driver training. We believe that all repossessions should be peaceful and damage free.
Involuntary Repossession -We take these very seriously, in training and in the field. Through training and with our experienced repo staff, all repossessions are made without a breach of the peace and damage free.
Judgement Recovery Company provides Car repossession, Boat repossession, Airplane repossession and other asset repo services to its clients. Our clients include banks, lenders and remarketers.

Once we receive a voluntary repossession order, we call the debtor to make an appointment and to address any concerns they may have. If they are embarrassed by a tow truck showing up at their door, we suggest an alternate pickup location. Our goal is to have a peaceful, damage free repossession.
Impound yards can be challenging. They may want cash, a hold harmless, or something else. You just never know. At Judgement Recovery Company we will handle all of these requests quickly and efficiently.
Upon repossession we will always do a condition report. We will also take photos (if requested) at no extra charge. Personal property is always inventoried. This is to protect our customers from any litigation attempt.

Everything repossessed by Judgement Recovery Company is stored in a secure storage facility for as long as needed.
A difficult repossession may require some extra work. As part of our repossession services, we will skip trace any account as needed. Our goal is to make your bottom line our own.
